  • @mormor39 pub singer? wheres your single of the week? or album? oh wait you dont have one do you... shut up and get a grip!"!!

  • Saw these guys last month and thought they were great bought the album and of course its great. i adore the Stone Roses and I am the Resurrection is one of my favourites. This version is different and I think very well done. I must say i prefer these to the Fratellis more grown up which is more that i can say about those people who call the girl. she has a lovely voice and is ideal for this band! Loving it!!

  • sounds like a 60s track and the roses covered it!!!!! ( i know, i know.............. the roses did the original before you all start!!) not bad effort tho

  • actually this is a fckn great cover, no question. just, im sorry, bit of a dodgy band name....

  • sounds like something out of a David Lynch film....yeah, brown wasn't always a great live singer, but he nailed this in the studio, and mostly the song is about the epic guitar solo, the version of which here, bears very little resemblance to the original.

Nice try, but if you're gonna dabble with one of the greatest pop rock songs ever produced, invariably you're not gonna end up smelling of roses.

  • fucking murdered

  • Damn it Jon!!!! Put this band back together and come to the States!!!!!!

  • I like interesting covers and this is interesting. This song is sacred, but it's nice for someone to give it a twist rather than do a straightforward cover. Ends badly though - not sure why they tw*tted the end up so much, but until then it sounds cool

  • Great band, great cover of a song that is treasured by my generation.

  • At least this version is in tune. As much as i like the roses, Ian brown was and is a tuneless bastard.

  • sounds alot like raveonettes
