You need a lot more frames in the movements.

Actually it's really well done. Only 2 frames of movement on the climb and yet you can tell what's going on. There's a great anticipation move before the jump and perfect build up on the bounces. He does an accurate arc up and a dive that speeds up correctly and ends with a great arc of movement at the bottom. Most of the basic concepts of animation are here, Keep it up!
