G-Fest Godzilla Fest 15 Signing Session

This is pretty old now. Our first G-Fest in 2008, where I had the honor of meeting Haruo Nakajima, the greatest Toho suit actor who was no one less than Godzilla himself for 12 movies, and other kaiju. Don Frye was also present, and Robert Scott Field, both of whom were great gentlemen and wonderful to meet. I was still so green to conventions though that I didn't think to have my picture taken with any of them, so sadly this video is the only proof I'll ever have that I actually met all these awesome guys :)

I would be geeking out pretty hard if I could go to one of those and meet those guys! Don Fry seems really nice :)

@sonbuhitsunei Don Frye was an absolute gentleman and a complete blast to meet. It made first year one of the best experiences ever, and he was only one of three fantastic guests that I got to meet for the first time, so I was buzzing like crazy. Part of the reason why my little brother cosplayed him this year.

@kaijukidsam I can understand that :P I would be, too! I know Nakajima is around 80 years old now...so sadly I doubt he'll be at a G-Fest next year if I can make it (thankfully my family lives just north of Chicago and they seem to hold it there a lot)...but man...to have Gojira's autograph! :P
