The oldest of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. The present height of the Great Pyramid is 137 metres because the top capstone is missing. The original height was 146 metres. January 19, 2009.

@12Shilo12 Hi. Yes I liked going inside the pyramid, It was a great experience and I recommend it to everybody. I liked your video because you made a video about you did there. When I make a video, I try to get all images that I see and walk. Nowhere likes Egypt because you can go back almost 5000 years ago.

Thank you for your comment. Pyramids of Giza and Saqqara are wonderful, but the country has many problems. It is necessary to be careful there.

The "scientific" thesis about the great pyramid says that Cheops was the builder. However, stella found by Jean Pierre Mariette in 1850, denies this and says that the pyramids and the Sphinx existed long before the reign of Cheops. One of the key evidence, which first pointed to Cheops as the builder of grate pyramid was the cartouche with Khufu's name discovered by Howard Vyse, which is a fake containing a misspelling, written by the discoverer.
