Gurl you look fantabulous.....beautiful woman even before the weight loss. GOD bless you on your continued success. I am planning on trying this diet for more healthier reasons but also to lose 20-30 pounds.

so, correct me if im wrong.. but would eating the 500 cal day be enough to loose the weight??? why waste the $ on the drops/injections? what is the benefit of them?

Wow! you look great. It looks as if most of the weight loss came off in the midsection. That's a bonus, I know some who lose most of their weight everywhere else except their problem area. What I love most is how happy you looked. How are you currently maintaining your weight?

@Rose2gard Oh let me tell ya...The scale made the difference! You might not be able to see it but there is a lot of things that changed in my slide show, my face, and my stomach, my skin changed.

@unique228 did u excersize too or did u just do the drops and the 500 calories a day?

@thomascrystal1992 While on hcg you are not to exercise. Just eat you allowed calories for that day. I did sublingual as well as injections.
