So true.  They definitely deserve this award. This shows how out of touch most of our public officials are. It also shows how many members of the press have become nothing more than tools of this public officials instead of guardians of the public. Boston officials, spend a few bucks to subscribe to basic cable and learn a little about your constituents.

Most Americans ARE Paranoid probably because of their ridiculous media. I'm from the UK and live in the US now and every one is shit scared of their own neighbours. Well, maybe not SHIT scared but the whole idea of community has pretty much disappeared in these never ending sprawling New England Suburbs. so all a terrorist has to do is disguise a bomb as a light-up tv character and he can place it under a main bridge or anywhere they want in your cities. I really cant believe how fucking stupid ppl are. Boston did the right thing.
