Die Skateboard: the chain reaction

A domino-effect of skateboard parts which I made as an autobiographical sculpture for my college coursework at Edinburgh College of Art in 2006.
The name is a german/english pun:
In German it would be pronounced as 'Dee Skateboard' [the proper term is actually 'Das Skateboard']. However in English, 'Die Skateboard' sounds & looks like I want the skateboard to die - which is how I felt after so much trial and error while trying to film it all in one sequence...
It was based on the art film 'Der Lauf Der Dinge' by Peter Fischli and David Weiss (1987) and the Honda Accord advert called 'Cog' (2003).

Good idea, but the spelling really is "Das Skateboard".
