The very popular saying that God only looks at the "heart" and not at what we do is actually not entirely biblical. Just as Jesus said to the 7 churches that "I know your deeds", He is likely going to say that to us on the day of Judgement. So stand firm now fellow comrades in Christ!

  • I'm sorry brother but I disagree with this video. maybe I'm not ubderstanding what you are stating but are you saying that unless a believer does not go out to a public place and start yelling through a bullhorn he is not really a believer? Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding this.

  • @YeshuaisMoshiach777

Yes my friend. If you watch the whole video, you will not find that idea anywhere.

The whole idea is that our deeds must match our hearts or we are just deceiving ourselves.

Would a husband who genuinely loves his wife tells her that he loves her and then turns around and commits adultery with another woman? "But honey, I love you from my HEART!" SLAP! Get the idea?

Never once did I talk about "working for salvation".

  • People sometimes like to take my words out of context, just like they do with scriptures to substantiate their claims that it's all by grace so that they will not make an effort to repent. That my friend is a DEAD FAITH.

Yes it is God who wills in us to do His will and that which is pleasing to Him. But if we REFUSE to do so, and would only claim a false faith to remain in sin, God will NOT FORCE US to change or repent, just like He never forced us to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

  • I make it very clear in every video that WE ARE NOT SAVED BY WORKS, but only saved by FAITH AND REPENTANCE alone.

Unfortunately, some people still like to take my words and the bible out of context, and for that, I will not argue. I'll simply pray for them and it is now between them and God because they have heard the truth.

People always want a "clear line", how much sin is too much?... The question of a true believer should be, why would I not want to stay as far as possible from sin?

  • Many pple try to make a way out of what the Bible or Jesus have taught, because they are caught in an open and are ashamed for they hide and pretend to do the teaching of Jesus when in fact only half of what is written is what dey do! NOW, THIS PREACHING WILL MAKE THEM REALIZED THAT THERE R PPLE WHO HAVE NOW HEARD SPEAK OF THE MORE TRUTH THAN WHAT DEY WANT TO BELIEVE! pple like 2deceive themself 2get away from d truth n say dey r obeying God wen if fact if u magnify it...someting is lacking!

  • seriously, this guy is the best preacher ever. I am telling you, he speaks the truth.... I am so glad that someone is standing up against "cheap grace!"

  • Just curious. What does it mean when you do the right thing but your heart isn't in it?You know, the whole way through it you will be thinking, what am I doing here,I hate this. This has been the case with me lately.

  • Faith without obedience is self deception! A lifeless carcass. Good teaching brother. May God continue to bless your ministry. We need more of the Gospel preached; not this gospel of greed and success gospel. The gospel is is the good news of Jesus Christ.

  • Excellent analogy brother, most excellent!!

  • "But some will say, 'You have faith, and i have works.' Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble! But do oyu want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?" Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?" The Word

  • Romans 10:1-4, 8-13; Matthew 15:16-20 agree totally with Emmanuel, and these are only two chapters. Also, read Romans 8:12,13. The Lord Jesus Christ also commands us to make "righteous judgment." Meaning, it's not hard to spot sin when you are in the Spirit. When you are sanctified by the word of God, by His spirit, having faith in God in Jesus Christ, the Father will show sin and the deeds (hearts) of man simply. Also, read what Jesus' purpose was in Luke 2:33-35.

  • LOL...they took Paul's words out of context as well (as many still do to day). I think what the issue is with "Christians" is that we always try to interpret the word as if it doesn't make since of itself. The word proves itself always, for the word of God is not brought back void. So, one speaking the word of God in Christ Jesus could be easily miss understand for the simple fact that the flesh of people always wars with the spirit (in lack of better words)...May God in Christ bless you...
