The Spanish woman (Marteen?) was called back to the house to help Kristi. I don't know where she went after she helped Kristi. If this was based on true events, she could had contacted a lawyer because Daniel fired her due to her religious beliefs. Back to movie, Daniel never discussed the house keeper/nanny with Kristi. IMO, he got what he deserved.
