In 1980 it was the Wallonians' turn to represent Belgium, so she wouldn't have the change to.

It is super. Emly blames the live orchestra for her not winning, but I think it was just too risque for the juries at the time. It was also sung in Dutch, which rarely did well at Eurovision.
