This is a old school video I took at the 1994 Battle of Atlanta. I had finished my division and walked around filming random competitors. Who new Mike chaturantabut would be this big in the MA world. I believe he won his division and went on to the night time finals.

You should have filmed the guy who went after him, Kiro Koda, he had one of the sickest forms back then. He beat Mike a lot of the time that year, then Mike won everything for the next 3 years. Glad to see this on youtube got this form at the house somewhere.

That's the guy i remember! I've known this man for a very long time! Great friend and a great performer. He and carmichael simon are long time great friends, so don't compare and hate. They both contributed a lot to the sport martial arts community.

I think that was where he wanted it to go but then tricking was invented. If you look at al of his forms there is minamal acrobatics manuevers its all technique and it was more of like tradional and xma.
