Meeting The Horrors

September 28th, 2011, Café Campus (Montréal)

It doesn't matter that I haven't been listening to The Horrors for a long time, they mean a lot to me. Oceans Burning brought me more intense emotions than anything else in my life, and that alone is wonderful. With that in mind, you'll understand why I wanted to express to Rosario how grateful I am that she posted ~the picture~ and recommended that I listen to Sea Within a Sea, which is the song that made me fall in love with the band.

A few things you should know about this video: My first language is French. Try speaking a second language when you're so nervous your entire body is shaking. Rhys hugged me but you can hardly see it. You can see, however, that he had his arm around my shoulders while I was talking to Tom. That didn't help me speaking proper English. I didn't know how to pronounce Rosario's name. Neither did they.

@RockalternativoPunk He came out of the venue earlier than the rest of them, then went somewhere else in the city. I doubt he would've wanted to be a part of the video anyway, he's known for not liking cameras too much.
