I just happened to make a small error when i was rewiring the sound system i had and i allowed wires to touch and i fried the bass output so i had no bass speakers which is hard for me to live without, so i found a way to hook up this amplifier to my subs and speakers
Hey i have a question.. Okay i have a home theater system in my room a 5.1 with a 12' mtx thunder and 2 10' mtx blue thunders.. and i just bought a 1500watt 2 channel car amplifier... How do i hook up my amp to my theater system so that it pushes my subwoofers but still have my other speakers connected to my theater system with the music coming from the theater system? pretty much like a power amp..

@EddieGlaze808 CONT: But the only problem there is since i dunno how exactly your 5.1 system works, im not sure what you would go about doing for the input.
I would think, you could just take a set of RCA cables, cut one end and then splice those wires into the +/- wires of the stock subwoofer to your 5.1 system. If that doesn't make much sense, PM me your email address and i can draw you up a diagram to explain things better.

@EddieGlaze808 @EddieGlaze808 The easiest way I can think of to power it if you dont wanna use a Power Supply for a computer(I've had about 3 burn up from the usage that i use mine) is to get a AC to DC power invertor(shouldnt be too expensive). Because a wall outlet is 110V AC while the amp needs 12V DC. But I PMed you a link to explain that better: See my CONT post for the inputs
