I also stutter. One way to reduce it is to find out the words you stutter on and replace them with words you can say. Use the dictionary to find alternative words you can say instead. Or put a letter before you speak e.g. 'Ahhhh' My name is.... Also, ask your local hospital/doctor if they have specialists that can help you. They have free classes in England hospitals that you can attend in private.
