  • Awesome power but i don't need to tell you that. Try setting up 1st though. Taking it out f the rck and quickly coming down with it is a bad habit. Check out all the top powerlifters. We set up 1st. Then lower it. Amazing power though man. Keep it up.

  • if you worked more on arch and technqiue u could deffiontly get 360
