PLEASE READ
This is our attempt at making a Max Payne fan film, it was filmed in December 2007 and is a test to see what we could do with filming.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
At first this was a 2 part film, but Part 1 was too slow and dull and had 4 minutes worth of opening credits which I felt drove viewers away before they came onto part 2 which had guns and action in it (Part One = 5,143 views, Part Two = 1,298 views) so I've taken them both offline and have given them a mix and match combination into one big episode
.------------------------------------------------------------------
Please ignore the acting and dialogue, I am aware we speak with English accents that's because this is meant to be a test film, we chose Max Payne as it was easy and I'm a big fan of the game.
----------------------------------------------------------
This film was shot with a JVC GR-D720EK Mini-DV camera and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

Hi there, I have the exact same digital camera and I was wondering how you uplad videos off it onto YouTube, I can't figure out how to do it, thanks :)

@torriewilsonfan2
You need some sort of transfer cable and editing software on your PC
I use a FireWire DV Cable and Sony Vegas Pro
Basically you connect your Camera up to your PC, open the editing suite, click IMPORT then you choose what footage you want, put it together then click upload on youtube and choose the film file

Too bad you cutted the "something ugly had been tatooed on the wall, a map of things to come", and the "is this the payne residence". Specially the last one, which is kinda important to the story.
But anyway it's good, it's original, for example at 1:23, when that guy crosses in the upstairs.

Thank you for your comments.
It was merely a test film to see what we could do and I've always been a fan of the Max Payne franchise.
It's been 2 years and we've made lots of more films since and are studying film at college so we're going to move onto festival entries hopefully.
Search Apeiron Productions, if you're interested
Thanks again
