@richbullva Concise Oxford English Dictionary © 2008 Oxford University Press:
NEGROID
adjective relating to the division of humankind represented by the indigenous peoples of central and southern Africa.
USAGE: The TERM NEGROID BELONGS to a SET of TERMS INTRODUCED by 19th-CENTURY ANTHROPOLOGISTS ATTEMPTING to CATEGORIZE THE HUMAN RACES. SUCH TERMS are ASSOCIATED with OUTDATED NOTIONS of RACIAL TYPES, and so are now POTENTIALLY OFFENSIVE and BEST AVOIDED.

What about the rest of the chromosomes, not those that define lineage? I'd love to talk to him in person, cause there are a lot of questions he rises with things he says
haha, I really don't understand how a graduate student from Cambridge is so narrow minded when it comes to race and is so hung up on Cleopatra resembling Elizabeth Taylor, just plain foolishness. And then, he had the nerve to argue, after he was given explanation and empirical proof to debunk his ignorance omg! I really don't like students who waste class time on them talkn' and arguing w/ the prof.

@Jiggahata1 Because it take a long time for people to wrap their hands around a concepts like "Negroid being scientifically bankrupt" or "There are no genetic races". When introduced to these arguments for the first time they will not understand it until they have dont the research for themselves. He tried to push Keita into using terms like "Black" and or "Negro" but Keita was trying to be precise in up to date science and wasn't having it.
