This video is real, as are all my videos. I guess this video does kind of look like tool assisted because of the precision and I didn't get hit at all yet. If this was tool assisted, it would have been beaten in five minutes without ever getting hit or dying. Check part 2 of the video, I finally get hit at the end and lose two lives.

On Wikipedia it says that the Amiga version of this game is closer to the arcade version than the Genesis one, im not too sure about that, I think this version is more like the arcade machine.
