For those like myself who usually end up favoriting all the songs played on Bones, google 'bones music' and it will give you a link to tunefind, which has all the music in Bones listed by season and episode, and even gives a description of the scene in which it played. It's been extremely helpful, and keeps me from having to google words from each song. :)
