  • Hmmm, I love Cadillacs too (I have one), but let's get some things straight here:

    1st automatic: 1948 Buick Dynaflow

1st power steering: 1951 Chrysler Imperial

    1st power brakes: 1919 Hispano-Suiza

1st power windows: 1941 Lincoln Custom,

1st Automatic Headlight Dimmer: 1952 Olds

Cadillac improved many of these things but did not invent them. Great cars and great video

  • Thanks for the information.

    Glad you like the video.

  • i want the soundtrack so bad:D name of the song???

  • Oh, that's just some stock "50s music" I found. I made this vid almost 3 years ago and don't recall the titles. I should have credited it, but I was young and foolish. Sorry.

  • no ZILLI.the car that iniciate all those goodies u r mencion it was THE TUCKER and with a lot of safety innovations .THE TUCKER WAS WAY A HEAD OF THE CADILLACS IT USE A HELICOPTER ENGINE.THE BIG COMPANIES ,FORD ,CHEVY, CRYSLER BLOK THE DESIGNER OF THIS CAR ,PRESTON THOMAS TUCKER .WITH THE HELP OF THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT THE BIG 3

KILL MR TUCKER IDEAS AND DREAMS.PLEASE WATCH THE MOVIE i think its called THE TUCKER .THE MAN AND HIS DREAM.THIS CAR WAS DESIGNED AROUND 1947 AND BUILD ON 1948

  • Thanks for the insight. I understand what your saying.

I do not own these cars. I am not the one speaking in the video. These are the opinions of the owner. I'm sure he would agree with you - to a point. And that point being that the Tucker didn't make it to production (sad but true).

TUCKER : THE MAN AND HIS DREAM is one of my favorite films.

In fact, as a Tucker enthusiast, you should find the response video I just posted quite interesting.

  • dude i want to say thanks to you ...i am thirteen years old i like classic cars alot but i used to think that maybe people will make fun of me that i have old cars when i grow up ..but the main think is that classic cars are antique and expensive and as long they are kept in good condition they're cool .......thanks for keeping that hope of getting them in me.....................oh and your rides are cool.

  • i love you"re cars mister

  • @zillis Correction: 1st automatic: 1940 Oldsmobile

  • The front of that 54 is stunning. I love that combination of the bulbous hood and big grill, and then the straight lines of the trim.

  • Great video. I especially love the '59. Nice job on the restorations. These cars are worth saving! Speaking of the Tucker automobile, I just posted some video I have of a '48 Tucker I saw in San Diego.

  • Awesome cars!
