I appreciate your video, but that's a sculpture representing a girl. Her name is "Miss Pogany" and was made by Constantin Brâncuși (the bearded man on the front of the bill).

CosmicDramaQueen the bill you are talking about it represent on the front the famaous romanian sculptor  Constantin Brâncuşi and on the back are some of his great works.That "alien figure" is named "Domnisoara Pogany" or in english "Misses Pogany". Google it to find more.

So there is no conspiracy in the romanian bill,sorry to disappoint you.In this way 99% of the alien theory are made without a solid based proof and without a professional reasarching.Byeeee

@nicedayforme Thanks for the info...I didn't say there was a conspiracy...I just noted that it was a very strange thing to put on money...there is strange symbology all over this bill and even if Brancusi was an important sculptor, this is obviously an alien or non human representation, I find this even more fascinating now and will study up on who this guy was and why he made such a sculpture:) THANKS!!!!

this guy" was one of the genius sculptors in history.His works are avaluated today at very high prices.For example Misses Pogany is evaluated at 40 milion $. This sculpture is a portret ( well...a suprarealistic one) an it represents one of Brancusi loves, Margit Pogany.She was a painter so no alien here :))

Behind Misses Pogany on the bill you will see KIss Gate which it`s a sculpture located in TG Jiu town of Romania.
