First you complain about CORPORATIONS being taxed, and then you complain that the governments don't regulate these polluters enough. Sadly, the best environmental/energy presidents were Nixon and Carter, and they were pretty much terrible presidents in every other respect. Reagan was the asshole that took the solar panels off the whitehouse roof, and began the process of deregulation which all presidents follow
