  • @CJ95ZZ im in australia and yeah im am pretty big - 191cm/96kg... i did and ergo about 5 days ago and i got a 6:18.4... new pb and it is the start of the season... and i did a fair bit of work on my single so now im second best in my club.... :D

  • @xXhavok1900Xx wow 636 thats fast. how big are u. im 15 too but i train in asia so im not your biggest guy (170cm/57kg) i can pull 710-720 on the erg but my single is roughly 730-745

  • such a huge difference - see im 15 ('95) and i got a 6:36 on 2k ergo but my scull isnt up to scratch.... nice rowing guys ..
