You need to get use to you ball before doing crazy workouts with them. These balls wiggle too much and can make you fall easily.

@Melbshuffler94 the stability ball allows for a deeper contraction with your abs. unless you know how to fall through a floor. smart one.

What a stud!! He takes that rep to full-on failure. That's the pain that makes the gain.
Abs are deep layers of muscle and need that type of work to pull up the good stuff. So much more going on in the torso than just getting through it. Your working everything.
