If two photographers take separate photos of the same subject would they not be considered different shots solely due to the subtle differences in angle, equipment, time, etc.?
That said, I side with MB, just cause she is nicer and more attractive than Chad.
Additionally - isn't Chad stealing MB's photo akin to the rich man taking the poor man's only sheep to feed his guest? #justsayin
