Law of Attraction & Self-Motivation (Tips)

In April 2008 I made a commitment to improving my health through physical activity, healthy eating, and living in a healthy environment.

I've made a lot of great changes, but I've still got a long way to go before achieving my goal of losing 100 lbs. (I started at 240 lbs. and am currently at 184 lbs.)

I'll be posting videos about my personal experience since making the changes, including tips, struggles, and resources.

I tried to enter the ShayLoss contest, but the email account was already full when I sent my submission, so I couldn't enter. Despite that, I'm still working hard to get in shape!

@andywilsmith86 Thank you. :) Sadly I've never been outside of North America, but I hope to travel to Europe one day! My grandparents were all born and raised in Europe (mom's side from Scotland, dad's from Italy--kinda ironic since both my grandfathers were in the war, but on opposing sides... but hey, it wasn't personal! :D)

@ApplesThatRead lol I know, when I first read those comments, I was like "did they hear a word I said?" lol. And yes, I made sure to sit closer to the camera to crop out my chest after this vid, lol. Plus, I had a breast reduction in April anyway, so it's not as BIG of an issue anymore. :D I was trying to sit up straight and have good posture, but ended up looking like I was sticking out my chest. :S Anyway, thank you for actually listening to the audio, and for subbing!!! :D

@Botkilla2K12 Thank you :) I must say, it's kinda nice to hear that someone is too young for me cause I seem to attract men in their 40s/50s where I live... :S I'm sure you'll find yourself a nice young lady. And don't let the drama queens leave you bitter. Once the right one comes along, she'll be worth the wait. :)
