Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur discuss a man who filmed Miami police shooting and killing a man. After the shooting the cops attempted to remove the video from the man however the man was able to get away with the tape. Should we be allowed to videotape the police?

1st off I'm not republican,democrat,or tea party. I am an independent US citizen who strongly supports all constitutional rights. I agree there are many ill trained, and not monitored LEOs in public. I believe a strong civilian message should be the creation of Full Civilian Review Boards of all rank and file officers, including the chiefs/superintendents/c.o.s
. In the form of a court environment, with a jury pool. Based on if LEOs reports jive, constitutional rights violated-all rights.
