How do you actually get these parasites or fungus and what actually are they? are they small creatures or what. .? are they visible?

There are many forms of parasite. Some are fungal, other are worms, bacteria, virus, flukes an on. Do a search for Parasites on google. Most are microscopic but some can be seen.
