http://www.twitter.com/dennis_gill - While this is a lift that targets your back, it also target your obliques, and when performed with a barbell, the suitcase deadlift is a hell of a grip strength exercise.

  • so only use 1 hand?

  • @RiseofBane Yes, one hand. Forces the muscles of the core to kick in to stabilize the uneven load. Great grip workout as well.
