YEAH Down 3lbs! From 259.6 to 256.6. Tried new protien powder, bought it at walmart and tastes great called "Body Fotress: Super Advanced Whey Protein" I've tried Vanillia, Chocolate and cookies and cream, ALL are great, cookies and cream is really sweet, like a milk shake. Vanillia is a great base for mixing. EAS- Strawberry to go packet are my new favorite shake. thank you

  • You may want to be worried about cholesteral, whey has a decent amount probably not enough to do harm but if its all you have you may need to worry about that. Any cardio and exercise helps lower cholesteral so try to take both whey and exercise.

  • thanksm that's a go! I'm a trying to get cardio in at least 4x a week if not more

  • OMG - look at your face! You are already looking different. I promise that the first month is definitely the hardest. By the end of this month, these strange new habits will get MUCH more 'normal'... Carbs always go down easier than meats and proteins for me too - you've got to be careful with those!   • hey girl, so glad that you are happy with the protein powder. I personally was not a fan of that brand at all! But it is inexpensive and so glad that you're happy with it. Wish I had found something I liked as early on as you did. Tell those bad dreams Bye-bye! Cause you will NOT be a failure! You're gonna do awesome and I cannot wait to watch your progress.   • Take your protein powder everyday even if you don't work out everyday. it helps for me and its also healthy for you!! I take the same protein powder as you are and I love the taste i've gotten use to it now. I mix dannon light and fit yogurt, the protein powder, some fruit, peanut butter(sometimes

    ), and I got this Agavge nectar from the health food store and its a natural sweetner. So i put all that in the blender and mix it up and drink it.

  • I take that protein and it works great for also building muscle, I am taking it to build muscle and to have it help me get a little healthier. I've also been eating alot healthier, i haven't drank much pop or coffee later, i've been drinking water and crystal light. Building muscle and losing weight take time. its not all about numbers and its not about what others think its about what you think and on how you feel
