  • The effects will be increase rotation, but it will reflect in the clouds.

storms will, all of a sudden be spawned. the energy of the axil shift is represented in terms of the spin velocity of earths rotation. reflecting in the form of strong wind, and very fast formations of large storms world wide. the sooner we are no longer under magnetic influence, the sooner angular momentum takes over. hurricanes, cyclones, and strong typhoons will be born as a result. hope this helps.

  • there must also be tidal locking, so we could see a king tide in various places on earth, the result is oceanic flooding in coastal community's world wide. not to say this will happen on every coast line world wide..

certainly nearest the center of mass we would see this take place.

  • its only a slowing of earth rotation, a magnetic coupling. its this coupling effect that is not noticed in terms of axial rotation, because the earth didn't stop spinning. angular momentum has no choice then to follow the direction of the torque, as a result of the external force by the second object coming close to earths magnetic field.

spin angular momentum will pick up in terms of axis rotation, and velocity as system two pulls farther away from earths magnetic influence.
