a very nice sequence; may i just mention that it is much safer to jump straight to chaturanga then plank as that way the joints (sacrum, elbows) dont take the impact. Great work.

I started doing yoga when I moved to a new city a few years ago to try and keep my stress down, and it really helped then. Since then I've periodically gone to classes, but mainly practice at home if I have the time. Your videos are fab - really helpful! Thanks!
