You can have phiosophy of I'm good to world, world good to me. Statistically this probably works great howerver you have no control over what may come upon you. even the best people can be victimized either by chance or on purpose. Arms are a deterrent and last resort. Safe practices, locking doors, defensive driving,self defense education .... alway in forefront of conciousness. preparedness,if ready then less likely ever a problem.
