Depends on what you're trying to acheive. A custom grind is always best for maximum HP/TQ and drivablity. You can choose an OTS (Off-the-shelf) cam like this comp 282 hr if you just want a little rumble and good power gains. The custom cams we provide offer significant power gains and MPH but will require your heads to be sprung with matching springs, locks, retainers to handle the lift/duration. Choice is yours.
