It's interesting how the Star Wars galaxy is a combination of high-tech, yet low-brow design. Why don't high towers and catwalks have handrails so that people don't fall off all the time? With all that they have, with all of the minds in that galaxy, and the great things that they've accomplished, nobody had the unction to put up handrails.
I like Star Wars, but until they contact our galaxy, they're gonna have a lot of accidents.
