  • I know ppl probably make this comparison all the time but Porcupine Tree definetly are the Floyd of today when it comes to being psychedelic they are the best band i have heard that holds to the psychedelic genre so well without just sounding mediocre.

  • I Agree With You !!!

They Remind Me Of Floyd so Much!

  • @1lapmagic DUDE THIS DOESN'T COMPARE AT ALL TO FLOYD THEY SIMPLY REMIND ME OF THEM FUCK! LEARN TO READ THERE WAS NO FUCKING COMPARISON ...

  • This Is One Of Theee Trippiest Songs Ive Heard For A While, So Simple , So Repetitive Yet So Trippy

  • @1lapmagic Derivative?

More like that Porcupine Tree has soaked up influences from many bands and distilled it into their own intoxicating witches brew. They are a good band and Steven Wilson has an almost spiritual connection to music. They didnt deserve that comment...

  • Hi moveEcritik, do you know where i could get all those steven's wilson songs ? If some records with this stuff exist?

    thanks

  • I hear this and it reminds me of the open scenes in Tarkovsky's "Solaris". The music in the film is not like this but this sound seems to fit the mood and tone of his images perfectly.

  • I wonder if he is using a rack mounted reverb here. Very immersive,

  • believe this would be considered a bass communion song.....not considered steven wilson song

  • @1lapmagic 1.) The word "is" wasn't even said in either of those comments.

2.) I don't know about you, but most people don't really "learn" to go to school.

    Your comment has been debunked.

  • Where's the "Orgasm to the cerebrum" button? Like doesn't seem to do this justice.

  • When you say one band "is" another band you are making a direct comparison. Learn to go to school.
