See how easy at low numbers it is to pick out the intentionally downrated videos which I have before shown how it all works out "anonymously" to be an active attempt to work systems against themselves.

Google seems to realize this, yet many argue the new ratings system is censorship. I suggest in light of my own experience, they simply wish to be seen acting to prevent being sued as well.
