  • @mcrishTV i have to say the supplmenet you have to eat is , good food with every meal .20-30 gram pf protein.

    suipplments it always befor eand affter workout only whey protein,,

  • Your vids are helpful, but I see you do ALOT of exercises. I don't know if you are natural or not, but it seems too much for a natural. I am not experienced, but I learned to stick 4 sets for a pressing movement, 3 for side raises and 3 for lateral, as enough.
