Why are people still comparing all their albums to Hot Fuss?
Or why are people saying they are "going back to their old sound"?
Day and Age isn't "going back" it's a continuation. The Killers are growing as a band. They are getting better and better.

Day and Age is by far their weakest album, Hot Fuss, Sam's Town and Sawdust are amazing, Day and Age just isn't amazing

Yes, I am one of those Hardcore killers fans... and admittedly their new stuff along with mr flowers solo effort is weird, and i can imagine that all the other none hardcore fans would want a hot fuss return...
For us hardcore fans it is great, especially me, every song that has been written from the killers since day one gets better and better! It seems like the killers are doing what they want/along side pleasing their true fans

i really think the killers could be the best new wave-cold wave band ever...i wish they could stick with the , synthy , minimal style, brandons voice sounds amazing... which are exhibited in the snippets , This is your life, and The world we live in

They used to be my absolute favorite band of all time. I know the hardcore fans are tired of hearing it, but I miss their old style. Hot Fuss is one of the best albums of all time. I don't understand their new music. It's like weird Pink Floydish. Why can't they just sing about girls and not Texas and the desert?

America does not equal Texas. just so you know.
