  • Did you even listen to the video? He's saying the number of kids is up to us - he's not commenting on not the timing or urgency or where kids should be in our list of priorities.

    Sheesh - calm down.

  • Poor women, having to have children! I imagine all of us who were priviledged to have a Mom at home wish that she wasn't there, that she was working. I'm sure we all wish we had a nicer car, nicer house when we were growing up and not have Mom & Dad around to play with, or go on holidays with. Women have such an important and sacred calling for they form much of what happens in the home and those kids then go on to form the next generation, not a new concept and embraced by most countries now.

  • I'd like to offer up the idea....THAT THE EARTH IS POPULATED ENOUGH!!!!

    You can stop now!!!!

  • @salinesol This is one Mormon who couldn't care less if you think I'm a Christian or not.

  • @7he7ruthHurts that's a crock, nowhere does it say in the doctrine that women are encouraged to have children when they can't support them, that's just foolish. I know that any woman I know in the church would think twice about having kids if she and her husband couldn't support them.

  • Listen to the Mothers, Sir

  • Yah. I Say that that's the Prophet. HeyAh. That's the Prophet.

  • Yah. That's the Prophet

  • @joefisheries

    How wrong you are !

My Mother was always out at work when i was growing up. Sure, i had the best of everything. The best clothes, toys, holidays .. But i never got much attention, or love, from my over-worked, stressed Mother.

I would have loved to have had my Mother be around in those earlier year.

As a result of her absence, we now don't have a very great relationship.

  • Not anybody, just people that accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior.

And by that measure I should expect you to be equally as offended if not justly realized for your integrity and character that comes with faith in god.

Mormons don't actually care about FLDS, they aren't us, media sensationalizes them as us, and in turn then everyone else does. Catholics and Protestants are direct branches of one another, I dare you to call one the other. People have died over that.

    Id say come to church
