They did upload this two years ago, long before Youtube gave you the chance as to what quality you viewed this as. So I'm sure originally, this was mono :P

How high was your mic above the snare? did you place it directly above the snare or directly above the kick pedal? you used peluso sdc mics?

@georgecain123 it was over two years ago but I do believe it was at least 37 inches directly centered over the snare. No more than 43 inches. Two Peluso CEMC6 SDCs. Tnx 4 your inquiries.

@crunchyballs yeah I know- it was a mono file when I posted but then Youtube changed it's formatting and it appeared as a stereo track all of a sudden. Sums to mono well though. Cheers
