We have them in Australia but in Australia they are called Lads or Eshay Lads. Pretty similar I guess, bad attitudes, violence and polo's. They are probably more bogan versions of chavs and they always wear nike caps. They are dickheads only good thing about them is they bash up Lebanese which is good because Lebo's always try to pick fights with innocent Aussies.

@Sendria it's a bit of a lame term to be honest, 15 year olds tend to use it. It's just essentially a scummy person who generally don't bother with education and have little respect for people in their community. Try watching a show called the Jeremy Kyle show if you would like a good idea of what scummy people in England are like...
