@Ms3bir R&B stands for Rhythm and Blues, which is a music style usually associated with such singers as Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston, to name but a few. It has roots from African-American music, and combines hip hop, rhythm, blues, and a slight pop sound to create Rhythm and Blues together, also known as R&B. Boyzone use this because it is easier to sing and fits in with the timing of the song, as the whole word would be too long.Hope this helps :)
