  • If any nation in the world needs the light of Masonry, it's Afghanistan (second to Iraq, naturally). Thank you, my brothers, for your efforts to spread the Brotherhood of Man to this troubled country. And hail! from Potomac Lodge No. 5 in Washington, DC.

    S&F,

    Richard

  • Keep showing the light!

  • is this something to do with military lodges or brothers who are on military services organising meetings while on call or is this something different ?

  • What a bunch of blind slave master lovers, sad & uninformed .

  • @cemab4y I would say its an Honor that Canada and Prince Hall have brought FM to Afghanistan. It may bey sad that the US Grand Lodges do not support these brethren however FM prevails world wide in one shape or another :) Fraternally yours, Bro Paul Eureka Lodge #283.

    Who brrought freemasonry to Afghanistan.

  • @thechangeling613 Have you been taking crasy tablets. any man who calls me child mlolester I would kno ck him on his slandrous ass.

  • @yusufulhas You become a Master Mason at the 3rd degree in the States. In England and other countries not until the 4th Degree.

Your friend must have been fairly new to Freemasonry or he would realize that the Scottish Rite which has 33 degrees is a continuation of the first 3 degrees & are not a direct continuation of the first 3 degrees except in certain jurisdictions.

The most interesting part of your comment is the Knight Templar's are not 33 degrees & vice versa. Though you can be both.

Freemasonry is an esoteric organization where it's initiates progress due to there grasp and understanding of esoteric principles and knowledge. just because you're a mason don't mean nothin. you don't have the ability to comprehend esoteric knowledge you're not gonna progress or learn anything

  • @yusufulhas wrong wrong wrong. Freemasonary is based on moral principles sat down in the Bible for Jews and Christians and the Koran for Muslims. It requires charity and the expansions of knowledge for the betterment of mankind. It requires honor, truth and moral fortitued. Nothing like what is cloimed by the commenterare here.
