  • This song says it all, "it is enough that Jesus died and rose again for me". What an inspiration...

  • @BelieveandtrustJesus Of course I am ;) xx

  • @BelieveandtrustJesus I'm afraid there is only one way to interpret the scripture. Comments about this woman's beauty are completely irrelevant to faith, material and lustful - unless you were talking about her soul during her time of praise which I don't believe you were.. I would suggest you go back to the book quickly.

  • @BelieveandtrustJesus 1 Samuel 16:7 - "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."

I'm all for modernizing English to make it more understandable, but it seems like every time it is done, the end result is a shadowy husk of the original. I think we have reached a point in the English language where we are dismantling the language rather than adding to it. That's part of why I love the King James Bible so much. It's harder to read, but the reward is a rich vocabulary and the most beautiful descriptions of Christ ever.

  • AmazingPoorSoundQuality. And was it really necessary to "improve" the original wording? Not in my humble opinion. No offense, but...
