  • one thing i dont get is ... do i take 3 photos with different settings or what? this question is not being answered anywhere ... everyone says use 3 photos one below, one normal and one over ... but how??? can i take series of 3 photos of a moving vehicle like this??? surely that means theres alot of ghosting ...

  • @rahghi Bracketing can be accomplished using two methods; One, changing f/stops and the other changing shutter speeds.

Most common brackets are 1 stop over normal exposure and one stop under normal exposure. Now, you have three exposures of the same scene.

  • HDR is commonly used with a series of three brackets for image manipulations. But, a single image can also be used for HDR.

It all depends on what desired final results are sought.

    Thanks for the question!

  • @rahghi You can't take bracketing shots with moving pictures. It's more for landscapes, portraits and shots of stationary objects

  • What about HDR pics, also done with braketting.

  • More of an explanation of what Exposure Bracketing "is" not "how" to do it.
