@7kaoz If it was really Hulk Hogan, instead of Muscle Power, then ADK would probably get sued, so they decided to make an imitation of him. Same goes for other World Heroes characters, who most of them were based on historical figures.

Even Capcom made characters that resemble both celebrities and fictional characters. Look up "FightingStreet ripoff". Some people who hate them call them ripoffs, while some would call them homages. You decide.
