I've got my hoop since yesterday and I can hoop and move around when the hoop is on my waist,hip a little bit on my chest... lift the hoop up an down but when I do the corkscrew a few times I get really dizzy :D I'ts awesome how quick I learned all these things

I love hooping! I practice every night. I just mastered hooping around my knees, but I'm having the hardest time getting the hoop to go up from my waist to my chest...it just won't get up there :(
I need help with that...
