Scumbags all of them.
I had three cars stolen and held for ransom, the three cars had a Kelly blue book value of approx 1,200.00 ea, I payed over 6,000.00 in "fines" to get them back, I had to "re-buy" them in order to keep what was supposedly mine, this just proves that the "authorities" are always on the take and that property rights and ownership is non-existent.BTW the local tow yard was already picking parts off my car and counting on me not being able to pay the unrealistic "fine".
