we have a failed perception at reality. the color red does not exist, it is just a way for your brain to categorize light waves at a certain wavelength and frequency. movement is not fluid and smooth, it happens through very small particle-waves disappearing and reappearing through continual loss of identification and wave function collapse. we know a lot, we can easily account for this paradox, but we do not know everything.

@greycloud24 "simply put, reality does not work like we perceive it to work" So then you admit, we have no perception of reality in your system. Thanks!

@greycloud24 "space cannot be broken down into an infinite series" So what is your definition of space? "it breaks down into a finite number of plank unit" Where are you getting this? What book? The wikipedia article said nothing of fractions and the entire article was extremely vague. " there is no distance that is a fraction of a plank unit" Are you saying that plank units subsume all measurement:inches, feet, etc?

space cannot be broken down into an infinite series. it breaks down into a finite number of plank units. there is no such thing as a point in space BETWEEN a plank unit of space. mathematically we can think of something being infinitely small, but reality does not work that way. there is no distance that is a fraction of a plank unit, space doesn't work that way. either you have moved (in a distance of a whole number of plank units) or you have not.
i cannot account for everything. and every question answered leads to two more questions. not being omniscient is not a weakness to the atheist position, it is a weakness to the theistic position. my position is not that god does NOT exist, it is that there is no reason to ASSUME that a god exists when there is no evidence for its existence.

@greycloud24 Greycloud, you didn't admit defeat from omniscience you admitted that you generally cannot grasp reality. You admitted complete ignorance just like the Bertrand Russell and Einstein quote I gave said.

yes, all inches, feet, and every form of measurement of distance can be broken down into a whole number of plank units. a plank unit is the minimum distance that light can move. if light moves at all it is in whole number of plank units. light, like everything else on a quantum scale moves in whole number units of plank units at a time. because both space and time are intricately linked the concept is difficult to explain. both space and time are incorporated into the movement.

@greycloud24 "yes, all inches, feet, and every form of measurement of distance can be broken down into a whole number of plank units" That's nonsense. So 1 inch and 1 foot can both be whole plank units! You are just using different language to refer to fractions. If the inch inch becomes 1 plank unit then the foot must be 12 plank units. It is still fractional!

zeno was not aware that there was a smallest unit of space that could not be moved less than. even electrons hopping through valence shells in atoms move multiple plank units, and that is already at a scale so small that quantum principles dominate movement. zeno was very unaware of quantum physics and this paradox only works when we limit our solutions to classical physics. quite simply put, reality does not work like we perceive it to work, your computer's processor is evidence of this.

@greycloud24 Secondly, your plank unit which I am still trying to get a clear definition of assumes upon any other things that you need to answer: Space, light, the knowledge of constants all of which I don't think you can account for.
